Workout #041-23

Today February 12th, I did 2 workouts one on the rowing machine for the first time and the other on the treadmill. They totaled 28 minutes, 38 seconds. Both of the workouts were using Fitness+. The treadmill I was jogging with Scott and Bruce Springsteen.. I burned 252 kilocalories and covered 1.31 miles. Today I completed 417 kcal of 380 kcal move goal and 10 of 8 stand hours and 30 of 30 exercise minutes.
