Fitness Goals for 2023

My fitness goals for 2023 first and foremost is to be healthy and do not do anything stupid that will set me back. In no special order

  1. Run a 5K - Rainbow Run Run. I signed up on March 19th

  2. Do a Bicycle ride for 50 miles

  3. Work out on average 5 days a week (75 done 04/08/2023). (treadmill, stationary bicycle, rowing machine, Apple Fitness+ and Beach body). I will update after each 25 workouts

  4. Get down to 180 pounds - 9 more to go at this point.

  5. Ride the VeloSano ride for 25 miles. I signed up on March 2nd.
