P90X3 Week 1

I have been doing P90X3 for a week and it is kicking my butt. I am enjoying the challenge. I am shocked how working out for just a half hour a day can make you sore.  I they were all great workouts but "The Challenge" and "CVX" were the toughest. Looking forward to week 2
