April 27th Work out #095-07 117th Day of the year

Spin class this morning.. My legs are burning, my arms are sore. The last 2 spin classes have been very hard. I was soaked. MB came up to us afterwards and asked if we sweated any.. I told her no.. It was easy like eating an ice-cream.. Yea. I know I lied.. She knew I lied.. Everyone that was standing there knew I lied..
