Tech Tuesdays - Apple Health

Apple Health on IOS offers many different categories for you to track you health.. I use Activity, Body Measurements, Hearing, Heart, Medications, Mobility, Nutrition, Respiratory, Sleep and Vitals

It shows your activity from your Apple Watch for workouts, steps, stand hours and movement.

You will get warnings if you are in a loud environment or you are listening to your AirPods too loud.

You can enter your medications and it will prompt you to take them and show when you took them. You will get warnings on any potential reactions between medications.

It will also track your mobility to see if you are developing an issue with balance.

Watch will take your pulse and oxygen depending on which one you have. I have my Cleveland Clinic medical records synced to my phone so at anytime I know exactly what medications were prescribed, test results, procedures and vitals.
