Catching up on Posting Workouts
So since I have not posted any of my workouts for the year, I am catching up in one post.
01/03/2013 - Omni - Cardio #2013_01_01
First workout of the year. I went to Omni and did Cardio.
01/05/2013 - Omni - Cardio & Weights #20013_01_02
I found my car driving to Omni and since I was there I might as well worked out. I did Cardio and Weights. That is the first time in a long time that I was using the nautilus machines.
01/06/2013 – Walked - #2013_01_03
Instead of going to Omni we walked in the park and tried our new "Chains" for out shoes called Yaktrax's.
They worked very well. We walked thru ice and snow and did not slip at all. Very cool.
01/12/2012 - Cycled 13 miles 1 hour 4 minutes #2013_01_04
6 days ago we were out using our Yaktrax in the snow and today I was out riding my bike. I only did 13 miles in 1 hour and 4 minutes. It was great to be out today.
A friend of mine asked me if I wanted to get into shape by doing a Beachbody workout. I was going to do the P90X but after talking to him, I decided to do the Power 90.

First Power 90 workout and I did part Sulpt 1-2 and I did part of the wrong workout. I did the ab workout and I was supposed to do it tomorrow.

Since I messed up yesterday I am only did the cardio (Sweat 1-2) part of today’s workout.

Got up again to work out. That is 3 days in a row. Yea me.. I did the Power 90 Sculpt 1-2.

I got up the Power 90 workout today.I did the Power 90 Sculpt 1-2. I am using the purple resistance band instead of the organge band I started with. It is a quite a bit harder now..

Didn't feel good this mornging so I skipped my workout. I did end up going to the gym tonight and got 11,000 steps for the day.
