C25K Week 6 Workout 1

OMG!!! I have a little over two weeks until I do my 5K. I am really nervous. On Saturday May 2nd I will be attempting a 5K by myself to see how it will go. Today's workout went okay. We should have done run five, run eight, run five with three minute walks in between. Instead we did five, five, and eight.
