Spin class this morning.. It was a really hard class. My shirt was soaked.
MB kept yelling.. No whining... No Crying.. No Excuses.. Lets Move.. Come on
pick it up.. Let me say that I was crying on the inside. But I am getting
excited to get one of my bicycles out this weekend.. Even if I can get 15
miles in I would be really happy..
