March 14th. No work out..
I didn't make it to th efitness room today because we went out to dinner. We went to Lemon-Grass food was great. i ate way. way.. way.. to much.. We were there for over 2 hours. When I got back to the hotel I felt like I had a 16 pound bowling bal lon my stomach. If I didn't eat so muchI might I may have been able to get to the fitness room. I only ended up with 3,472 steps for the day.
