January 4th Workout 004-07
I did not go to the gym this morning. Shame on me.. But I went for a walk this evening in the park for an hour..According to my rules that would be a work out.. It was a little scary n the park because it was very dark and you are walking through the woods.. It is funny I would have a fit if Kim stated she wanted to walk there by herself but for me it is Ok.. I didn't make my 10,000 steps I had only 9,936 for the day
