Made it to the gym this morning. I did the Arc Trainer, Eliptical Trainer for a total of 60 minutes. Then I went and relaxed into the steam room. Walking Morgan home from school is great, Morgan really enjoysdoing that even though it was cold today.. I had 12778 steps for the day..
