Trying to get back on track (Workout #200-06)
I think my problem has been that even though I go to the gym a lot, I am not spending enough time there. So my goal is that when I go I must spend at least 1.5 hours there working out. Today I got there at 4:45. I did 1 hour on the Arc Trainer. Did 15 minutes on a treadmill and walked laps for 20 minutes.. I am really tired right now.
