We have friends that came in to town from Florida. I was up till 12:00 last night and I still got my butt up and ran stairs  at Crown Centre this morning. I only did it 7 times.. Everyone was feeling a little off today..

We went out for lunch at the Cheese cake Factory. It was hailing when we got there. I will post some photos/movies.  I had chopped salad, it had some roasted chicken. I had it without dressing.. I did have a couple of small bites of the Pumpkin cheese cake and the peanutbutter cheeseckae. Overall I thought I did very well resisting tempation..  We went to Dave & Busters to play video games & hang out. Later we went out to Famous Daves, I had half of the chciken sandwich and again no alcohol. Then we went to the Fox & Hound in Parma.. I had diet coke. We shot pool and I didn't lose a game all night..
