Workout #121-23

Sometimes you have to change your goals. I was supposed to run a 5K this morning. I was not ready so we decided to just do the walk instead. A year ago I would have went around where they were throwing the colors. I am trying to embrace my second chance in life so I was very colorful when we were done.

Today, I did 1 workout, totalling 1 hour, 25 seconds. I burned 248 kilocalories and covered 3.09 miles. Today I completed 471 kcal of 400 kcal move goal and 8 of 8 stand hours and 74 of 50 exercise minutes. I have 10076 steps for today.
